Kim Mundil 

Sales Support Specialist

Kim Mundil is a cornerstone of the Hoegemeyer team and a true example of what the Titanium Link Award represents. She consistently provides a high level of customer service—not only to her own accounts but also by stepping in to support others when needed. In the absence of other support specialists, Kim willingly takes on additional responsibilities and frequently volunteers to help with new projects. Her calm, patient demeanor shines through especially during training, where she supports both dealers and DSMs in navigating systems and programs, as well as onboarding and mentoring fellow support specialists. Her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed as dealers regularly send her thank-you cards and notes of appreciation, a testament to the trust and value she brings to her relationships.

Beyond her exceptional customer service, Kim is a top performer in settlement efficiency year after year, with consistently strong stats and minimal need for corrections, rarely, if ever, due to her own oversight. She understands the importance of timely, accurate settlement and approaches her work with thoroughness and care. Kim isn’t just a dependable teammate; she’s a unifying force who brings out the best in others through her example, her work ethic, and her unwavering support. Western Region District Sales Manager
