Shannon Kubik - Marketing Communications Manager

 

I am pleased to finally announce that Shannon Kubik has accepted the Marketing Communications Manager position for Hoegemeyer Hybrids.  In this role Shannon will be responsible for all things marketing and brand promotion for the Hoegemeyer Brand. Shannon will start at Hoegemeyer on January 3rd.

 

Growing up putting up field signs and leaving footprints on seed bags in her dad’s warehouse, Shannon has been involved in the seed industry since the beginning. She grew up in south central Nebraska by Kearney.  Shannon brings a wealth of seed marketing and regional brand experience and is very excited to join the Hoegemeyer team.  Shannon has spent the last nine years with AgReliant Genetics in a variety of roles.  She started as a communications specialist with Producers Hybrids and later transitioned to a Marketing Project Coordinator and Marketing Implementation Team lead roles with the LG brand.  She holds a communications and marketing degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University. 

 

Shannon and her husband Trent live on his family farm in Hamill, SD with their two boys, Landon (3) and Layton (3 months), please join me in welcoming Shannon to Hoegemeyer Hybrids.

Scott Bayer - Sales Effectiveness Manager

I am pleased to announce Scott Bayer has accepted the Sales Effectiveness Manager position for Hoegemeyer Hybrids.  As we continue to focus on strategic growth, Scott will be responsible for business development such as dealer recruitment, dealer development, and grower prospecting. Scott will start at Hoegemeyer on January 3rd.

 

Scott joins Hoegemeyer with extensive seed and ag sales experience.  Prior to joining Hoegemeyer, Scott was a field sales agronomist at Central Valley Ag in Hooper, NE responsible for growing the seed, fert, chem, and precision business.  Scott also has experience as a district sales manager at both Syngenta Seeds as well as Agrigold Hybrids.  Scott also holds a degree in Agronomy Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

 

Scott and his family reside in Howells, NE where he and his wife Samantha grew up.  They have three daughters, Khloe (7), Brie (5), and Demi (3).  They are a Husker and Packer household (with the exception of Brie who loves the Chiefs). In the summer, you can find Scott on the golf course.
